Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee five provinces in Gauteng. You will drive regional revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build distribution across retail and wholesale channels.

You will lead a field-based team, develop territory plans, negotiate with buyers and ensure execution of promotional calendars while optimizing stock, pricing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven regional sales management or senior key account experience in FMCG.
• A track record of achieving sales growth and meeting targets.
• Experience leading multi-province sales teams and managing major accounts.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of regional sales targets across five provinces.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and territory plans.
• Drive new business acquisition and distribute product ranges.
• Lead regional team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with major retail and forecourt groups.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Operations to optimize performance.
