Smollan is seeking a high-impact Regional Manager in Cape Town to lead operations across FMCG/Retail sectors. You will drive profitability, sustainability, and strategic alignment with customer and group directives, while managing key accounts and cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive regional management experience, strong leadership, and robust financial oversight to ensure delivery against targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years’ experience in FMCG/Retail/Sales/Marketing at a regional management level.
• Proven track record of managing people, operations and clients.
• Well connected in FMCG trade at Key Account and Regional Level of retailers/wholesalers.
• Relevant degree at NQF level 7.
• Operations management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Financial management skills.
