Smollan in Cape Town is seeking a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales and promote financial services within an assigned region. You will build client relationships, manage portfolios and identify new business opportunities to tailor solutions.

The role covers sales development, customer service, product knowledge, and administering CRM records while ensuring compliance. You will meet targets, deliver presentations, and provide after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF Level 4) required.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (NQF 5) is required.
• 2-4 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong background in consultative selling and relationship building.
