Smollan seeks a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales of financial products within an assigned region while building strong client relationships and managing a portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, provide tailored financial solutions, and meet customer needs.

You will develop in-depth product knowledge, conduct presentations, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role emphasizes compliance, reporting, and proactive customer service in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifikationen

• National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (NQF 5) is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales of financial services and products. Build a pipeline of prospective clients and conduct product demonstrations and consultations.
• Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional service, respond to client inquiries, and tailor financial solutions to client goals; ensure timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
• Product & Consultation: Develop an understanding of Smollan's financial products and educate clients on features, benefits, and terms; stay updated with industry trends and provide expert advice.
• Reporting & Maintain: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular sales activity summaries for management; keep CRM data up to date.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure sales activities comply with regulations and internal policies; identify and mitigate potential risks; avoid mis-selling and stay informed about regulatory changes.
