Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification)
• Clear criminal and credit check
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Presentations skills an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of products to a specific market and be accountable for achieving results through personal effort
• Deliver quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems
• Analyze problems to find best solutions, which may be technical or professional
• Schedule follow-ups and enter information into the CRM for data quality and business development
• Develop relationships and implement a plan to engage decision-makers and influencers
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes of conduct
