Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and valid driver’s license with own car.
• FAIS compliance and clear criminal/credit checks.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentations skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of products to a defined market and meet targets through own effort.
• Deliver quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or retention.
• Handle cases, respond to complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to determine best technical or professional solutions.
• Receive visitors and direct them or escalate as needed.
• Record interactions in the CRM and schedule follow-ups to maintain data quality.
• Clarify customer needs, tailor materials for decision-makers, and gather relevant information.
• Develop relationships with potential accounts and key influencers for business development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory codes; seek supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify regional growth opportunities.
• Build a professional network at sector events to boost visibility and reputation.
• Perform data research to identify trends using primary data sources and BI tools.
• Demonstrate networking value through participation in a network of people and ideas.
