Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
• FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification)
• Clear criminal and credit check
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Presentations skills an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, dealing with complex queries, and investigating and resolving customer problems.
• Schedule follow‑up actions and enter information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to enable retention and business development.
• Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor materials for decision‑makers and influencers.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan to identify and build relationships with relevant decision‑makers and influencers.
