You will handle inquiries, perform data entry in CRM, and develop plans to secure opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Valid Driver’s license and Own Car.
• FAIS Compliance.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Presentations skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions, technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters.
• Enter data into CRM after each contact to support retention and development activities.
• Set objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor materials for decision-makers.
• Develop and implement a relationship plan to identify and build relationships with key accounts.
• Understand and apply company policies and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify where business can be developed.
• Build a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• Research and extract information for key themes and trends using business intelligence tools.
• Engage in a network of people, technologies, and ideas to add value to the organization.
