Qualifications

• 5+ years in visual merchandising within retail (fashion/apparel)
• Strong portfolio of retail display concepts and execution
• Excellent design sense: color theory, space planning
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement store layouts and product displays to maximize engagement and sales
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to align visuals with campaigns and launches
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for all stores in the region
• Train store staff on effective visual merchandising techniques
• Monitor store presentation and audit adherence to brand standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Manage allocation and distribution of merchandising materials and props
• Provide feedback and reports on visual standards and sales impact
• Contribute creative ideas for window displays and in-store promotions
