About the Role

Our client, a national distributor with a significant presence in the Western Cape, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Delivery Fleet Supervisor. This role, based in Mossel Bay, Western Cape , will involve overseeing a fleet of delivery vehicles and a team of drivers responsible for ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to customers across the region. • Excellent knowledge of Western Cape road networks and traffic regulations.
• Experience with fleet management software and telematics systems is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands.
• A valid Code 10 (C1) or Code 14 (EC) driver's license is required.
• Residency or strong familiarity with the Mossel Bay, Western Cape region.
