Job summary

You will manage budgets, lead supervisors and staff, implement innovative cleaning technologies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while driving performance improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cleaning or facilities management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven multi-site operations experience and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, methods, and equipment.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work in Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic cleaning and sanitation plans across the region.
• Lead and motivate cleaning supervisors and teams to hit targets.
• Ensure sites meet hygiene, health, and safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Visit sites regularly and evaluate performance for quality assurance.
• Adopt innovative cleaning technologies to improve efficiency.
• Liaise with clients and site managers to address needs and resolve issues.
• Manage supplier relationships for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on operations, finances, and strategic initiatives.
