Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Randburg) seeks a candidate to assist the Operations Manager in the Cash in Transit division, ensuring CIT operations adhere to planned procedures and schedules. The role requires a clear record, PSIRA Grade C, CIT certification, and firearm competency.

Responsibilities include ATM-related investigations, balancing, SLA checks, and training coordination, with an expectation to work under pressure and irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Clear Criminal record.
• PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification.
• CIT certificate.
• Firearm competency – handgun qualification.
• Computer literate (compulsory).
• 3+ years’ experience in security industry or similar role (advantageous).
• CIT management/supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
• Own transport is advantageous.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Prepared to work irregular hours.
• Clear disciplinary record.

Responsibilities

• ATM investigations
• Missed loads feedback
• Daily update I r o balancing
• Daily update on SLA checks - alarm testing
• Daily updates/follow ups on SLA breaches and canister breaches
• Tracking of shortages per custodiam
• Scheduling refreshed training for custodians
• Downloading FLM footage and spot checks
• ATM equipment checks/report
• Error feedback on ATMs
• Timekeeping on Nedbank and Capitec vehicles
• ATM Billing
• Takeover swaps/balances arranged before custodian leaves
• Auditor involvement in swaps/balances for Sol/Lesaka/Capitec/Spark
