Famous Brands seeks a regional leader to guide the portfolio’s strategic direction, growth, and franchise partner relationships across the Mpumalanga region. You will drive brand standards, marketing execution, and financial performance while ensuring team development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of management experience leading a large, diverse team.
• Strong track record in franchising.
• At least 5 years’ experience in franchising.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional business plan and drive its implementation.
• Implement brand strategic drivers and marketing programmes.
• Lead and grow the new business team to meet growth targets and restaurant openings budget.
• Manage regional budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies.
• Foster relationships with franchise partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure operational standards and brand campaigns deliver excellence.
