Job summary

IZI South Africa is seeking a Regional ATM Trainer/Co-ordinator to lead training solutions across our ATM network in KwaZulu-Natal. Based in Durban with regional travel, you will empower ATM custodians, FLM technicians, auditors, and debrief clerks to meet SLAs and drive operational excellence.

You will design and deliver comprehensive training, monitor service levels, ensure compliance, and manage asset and fleet integrity while maintaining tight client relationships and pursuing business

Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 required; Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Management highly preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in ATM industry (CMC, cash forecasting, or CIT operations) with CRM experience.
• Certifications: PSIRA Accreditation, SASSETA Facilitator/Assessor, PSIRA Instructor, CIT, NKP accreditations.
• Technical: Strong understanding of ATM hardware/software, FLM, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Licence: Valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel regionally.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, conflict management, negotiation, and strategic delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Design, implement, and deliver training for ATM Custodians, FLM/Clearing Teams, Auditors, and Branch Administrators.
• Operational Performance & Quality: Monitor service levels, staff deployment, overtime costs, and client deviations.
• Client Service & Retention: Maintain SLAs, visit clients, address gaps, support business development.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations, health & safety, transport, and ROCC.
• Asset & Fleet Management: Oversee branch fleet, asset registers, audits to safeguard assets.

About the Role

Are you an experienced ATM and Cash Operations professional with a passion for training, operational excellence, and team development? IZI South Africa is seeking a dynamic Regional ATM Trainer/Co-ordinator to lead training solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive peak operational performance across our ATM network.

In this pivotal role based in KZN, Durban (with regional travel), you will empower operational teams,including ATM custodians, FLM technicians, auditors, and debrief clerks,to deliver outstanding service aligned with company and customer SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive training for ATM Custodians, FLM/Clearing Teams, Auditors, and Branch Administrators.

• Operational Performance & Quality: Monitor ATM service levels, manage staff deployment, optimize overtime/cost controls, and track client deviations to drive continuous improvement.

• Client Service & Retention: Maintain SLAs, conduct regular client visits, address service gaps, and support business development and customer relationship management.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to legislative, Health & Safety, transport, vault/float limits, and Group Reconciliation & Operational Cash Controls (ROCC).

• Asset & Fleet Management: Oversee branch fleet efficiency, brand alignment, asset registers, and conduct spot checks/audits to safeguard company assets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 required; Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Management highly preferred.

• Experience: 2–5 years of direct experience in the ATM industry (CMC, cash forecasting, or CIT operations) and proven Customer Relationship Management experience.

• Certifications & Accreditations: PSIRA Accreditation (Grade C or higher), SASSETA Facilitator, Assessor, PSIRA Instructor, CIT, and NKP accreditations.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ATM hardware/software, First Line Maintenance (FLM), and basic network troubleshooting.

• Licence: Valid driver’s licence (EC/Code 10 preferred) with willingness to travel regionally.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication, conflict management, negotiation, and strategic delivery skills.
