Placements24 is seeking an HR Specialist focused on recruitment in Richards Bay to drive end-to-end hiring for industrial operations. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate assessments, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles.

The role requires a HR-related degree and 4+ years in recruitment, plus strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Proven success using various recruitment channels and methodologies.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all open positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments and background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Manage the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
