Placements24 in Klerksdorp is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from client brief to candidate placement, building relationships with clients and candidates in the North West region.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of agency recruitment or internal talent acquisition, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in agency recruitment or internal talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results.
• Strong sourcing techniques and interviewing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial client brief to candidate placement and follow-up.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a network of clients and potential candidates.
• Advertise vacancies and utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified applicants.
• Negotiate terms of employment and support onboarding for placed candidates.
• Contribute to the team's overall success by meeting and exceeding individual performance targets.
