Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Industrial Sector in Port Elizabeth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and placing skilled professionals in manufacturing, engineering and logistics.

Based in Port Elizabeth, you will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, deliver tailored recruitment solutions and market insights, and help drive targets in a dynamic Eastern Cape market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment consultancy experience in industrial/technical roles.
• Proven success sourcing engineers, technicians and operations staff.
• Strong knowledge of the Eastern Cape industrial market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload.
• Relevant HR or recruitment qualifications advantageous.
