Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the Finance Recruitment team in Cape Town. Build your own desk, develop client relationships, and become a trusted recruitment specialist within the finance market.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from business development to successful placement, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Developing and growing your own client portfolio within the finance sector
• Building strong relationships with Finance Managers, Financial Directors, CFOs, and other key decision-makers
• Identifying, engaging, and attracting top finance talent
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales and recruitment targets
• Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
• Previous recruitment experience beneficial, preferably within a 360-desk environment
• Alternatively, a proven track record in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and passion for sales
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven attitude
