Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months operating in a gym/sports club environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily set up and follow up of all hotel sports & leisure facilities to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee member and guest activities displaying excellent customer service skills.
• Promote all sports & leisure activities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Daily hiring of equipment charges posted in Concept.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service delivery and guest satisfaction with the service, facilities and the variety of leisure offerings.
