Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide variety of recreational programs, including sports leagues, fitness classes, arts and crafts workshops, and special events.
• Market and promote recreational programs to the community through various channels, including digital platforms, flyers, and community outreach.
• Recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff, volunteers, and instructors involved in program delivery.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Assess program success through participant feedback and data analysis, making adjustments as needed to improve offerings.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe environment, adhering to established policies and risk management procedures.
