Placements24 is seeking a passionate Recreation Program Supervisor to lead community recreation initiatives in Welkom. You will plan, implement, and oversee diverse programs for all ages, supervising staff and volunteers while managing budgets and marketing activities.

The role requires a degree in Recreation Management or related field, proven supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Recreation Program Supervisor to join their vibrant team in Welkom . This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of a wide array of community recreation programs aimed at engaging residents of all ages. You will lead program staff, develop innovative activities, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets the community's needs and interests within the Free State .
