Palazzo Versace Dubai, a luxury 5-star hotel, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This opportunity targets candidates based in South Africa who are willing to relocate and develop their careers within a prestigious international hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing check-in/out, advising on facilities and local attractions, coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining guest records with discretion.

• Welcome and warmly assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and personalized service.
• Process reservations, room allocations and guest information accurately.
• Handle payments and billing procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
• Follow all Front Office procedures, hotel standards and service guidelines.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalating matters when required.
