Job summary

Route Management seeks a dynamic Receptionist/Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, branding and online presence from our Germiston office.

This role blends front-office administration, graphic design and digital marketing, requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

You will design marketing materials, manage social media, handle communications and assist with campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric required.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications advantageous.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, customers and suppliers professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
• Perform general filing, recordkeeping and administrative duties.
• Assist with office coordination and client, customer and supplier communications.
• Design and produce marketing materials.
• Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Company brand guidelines.
• Liaise with printers and suppliers regarding printing/production specifications.
• Maintain and update Company branding and material.
• Develop, create and schedule social media content.
• Manage the Company social media platforms and online presence.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and client and/or customer engagement.
• Liaise with management and marketing team and prepare and submit marketing reports.
