Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills and a creative eye for visual communication.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• 1-3 Years experience in marketing, events.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create professional marketing materials, digital content, promotional graphics and other brand-related collateral.
• Marketing Administration: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, maintain records, coordinate documentation and assist with marketing activities.
• Organisation & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the organisation’s brand guidelines and standards.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
