Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Bloemfontein is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to manage the intake of goods, verify deliveries against orders, and ensure accurate recording in the warehouse management system.

You will inspect items for damage, label stock, assist with counts, and maintain tidy, safe receiving areas while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. This role requires attention to detail, good communication, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
• Capture received stock accurately on the warehouse management system
• Label and allocate stock to the correct storage locations
• Report damaged or incorrect stock to management
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation and filing
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control
• Ensure the receiving area is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries
• Follow company policies and warehouse procedures
