Job summary

You will work closely with other departments, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold tidy stores, stock counts, and compliance with procedures in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role with sound financial acumen; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Good literacy, numeracy and English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety and Hygiene Standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, contributing to a team.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling and packing duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and dispatch daily deliveries to relevant outlets.
• Match deliveries against POs and report price variances and stock shortages.
• Load and deliver stock to outlets and assist with water order deliveries.
• Maintain clean, tidy receiving bays and ensure vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct weekly/monthly stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and company policies.
