Responsibilities

• Load and deliver stock to outlets and assist with water order deliveries.
• Maintain clean, tidy receiving bays and ensure vehicle maintenance.

# Receiving & Dispatch Clerk - StellenboschSaturday, 24 October, 2026Zelda Oelofse-Cornthwaite [phone]StellenboschWe have an exciting position for a Receiving and Dispatch Clerk on a luxury 4-star wine farm hotel located in the heart of Stellenbosch Winelands.**Position Scope:**The Receiving and Dispatch Clerk is responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, recording, storage, and dispatch of stock, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. The role includes maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring the store area is clean, organised and compliant with Health and Safety requirements, and delivering stock to outlets as required.
