Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a qualified Security Fleet Controller to oversee secure dispatch and real-time tracking of bulk cargo vehicles from a central fleet station. The role combines security command with line-haul logistics oversight to protect assets and maximize throughput.

Requirements include Matric and PSIRA Grade A/B, 2–4 years in security control rooms and fleet tracking, and proficiency with CCTV/GPS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with PSIRA Grade A/B (mandatory).
• 2–4 years in Security Control Rooms, Fleet Tracking and Line-haul Logistics.
• Proficient with CCTV and GPS tracking systems; MS Office.
• Strong communication and report writing skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous monitoring of fleet, security and systems.
• Conduct checks across CiiMS, IRIS, Crystal, HikCentral and Avigilon.
• Perform virtual patrols using CCTV and PTZ cameras.
• Oversee secure dispatch and release of cargo vehicles.
• Verify cargo seal integrity and dispatch documentation.
• Manage access control verification for fleet operations.
• Complete daily operational and incident reports; ensure compliance.
