The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate investment or portfolio management, strong financial modelling, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or portfolio management.
• Proven track record managing diverse real estate portfolios.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Cape Town market trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, development, and disposition to optimize portfolio value.
