Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities in Soweto and surrounding areas.
• Perform financial analysis, including DCF modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing property financials, legal documents, and market data.
