Qualifications

3–5 years experience in real estate investment, asset management, or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
Knowledge of Cape Town property market and investment landscape.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across asset classes (commercial, residential, industrial).
Perform detailed financial analysis, including ROI calculations and cash flow projections.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for developments and acquisitions in Cape Town.
Prepare investment memorandums and present findings to investment committee.
Manage the due diligence process with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
Monitor existing investments and report performance against objectives.

Key Responsibilities
