About the Role

This fully remote role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and recommending strategic real estate investment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on the Richards Bay and KwaZulu-Natal region. You will play a crucial part in our client's investment decision-making process by conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities in target areas like Richards Bay .

• Familiarity with the South African real estate market , particularly the KwaZulu-Natal region and Richards Bay .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly.
