Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify investment trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including DCF modeling, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses.
• Evaluate acquisitions and developments by assessing financial viability, market demand, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical property inspections.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and provide ongoing analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, developers, and lenders.
• Stay abreast of economic conditions, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate market.
• Contribute to strategic planning and asset management of the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with all internal investment policies and procedures.

• Excellent understanding of the South African real estate market, particularly the Western Cape region.
