Job summary

Virtual Help io seeks a proactive Acquisitions Manager to join our real estate investment team. The role focuses on finding, analyzing, and securing deals that meet investment goals, with strong negotiation and communication with property owners and agents.

You will identify opportunities, build rapport with sellers, and negotiate win‑win deals to expand our portfolio while working remotely from South Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or wholesaling (training provided).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess numbers, comps, and ROI.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source and analyze residential and investment property leads from multiple channels (off-market, MLS, wholesalers).
• Contact motivated sellers through calls, texts, or emails to discuss selling opportunities.
• Evaluate properties based on ARV, repair estimates, and market data.
• Negotiate offers and purchase agreements aligned with company guidelines.
• Prepare and present deal summaries for management approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closings.
• Maintain accurate lead and deal information in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for offers and closed acquisitions.
