Centre for Process Innovation is seeking an organised and customer-focused HR Assistant to join our People Services team. This role supports employees, managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.

As the first point of contact for HR enquiries, you will provide timely advice, coordinate HR administration, and help ensure confidentiality and compliance while supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR systems administration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first line of HR support, providing clear, accurate and timely advice to employees and managers.
  • Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, payroll changes and offboarding.
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing onboarding activities, including contracts, references, right to work checks and new starter documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems to ensure employee data is accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Managing shared HR and recruitment inboxes and responding promptly to employee and candidate queries.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Supporting HR projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
