You will manage stock movements in SAP, coordinate weekly and monthly stock takes, and drive efficiency across procurement and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing raw materials stores and stock control processes.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards and documentation.
• Proficient in batch tracking, FIFO, GRV, and stock variance investigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Raw Materials Stores (on-site and off-site).
• Maintain batch and FIFO for HDPE and materials.
• Oversee GRV process and stock accuracy checks.
• Conduct weekly/monthly/yearly stock takes and spot checks.
• Administer raw material stock movements via SAP.
• Ensure timely distribution to production departments.
• Oversee off-site equipment maintenance and asset care.
• Monitor waste management and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Budgeting and forecasting for the department; lead projects to improve efficiency.
