Job summary

Profile Personnel is looking for a Stores Raw Material Supervisor in East London, South Africa. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations regarding raw material storage and dispatch while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Minimum requirements include a Grade 12 qualification, a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, and 3–5 years of experience in stores management in an FMCG environment. The role also includes managing stock accuracy and leading a team of staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in inventory or stores management within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily movement of raw materials between stores and operational departments.
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately processed physically and electronically.
• Maintain accurate stock control through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and issuing of raw materials.
• Monitor stock levels and work closely with procurement.
