Placements24 is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to cover the Randburg area and surrounding regions. You will be on the road, meeting clients, presenting solutions, and driving sales growth within your territory.

This role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and achieving targets through effective territory planning. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle to travel

Formación

• Previous experience in field sales or direct sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers within the Randburg territory to generate new sales leads.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
