SkillsMap is seeking a Queries Clerk to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, invoices, and credits within warehouse systems and physical inventory. You will support data accuracy, assist the Credit Returns team, and ensure timely resolution of queries to maintain smooth warehouse operations and accurate reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Amtrack, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent qualification.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar warehousing or stock control environment.
• Fast and accurate data capturing skills.
• Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Amtrack warehouse management system is advantageous.
• Physically and medically fit for the role.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical shelves and Amtrack system records.
• Investigate outstanding invoices and credit notes; liaise with the Credit Returns team.
• Investigate and resolve invoices that have not been pulled or processed.
• Complete all required data capturing accurately and timeously in Amtrack or other systems.
• Ensure all warehouse and stock queries are handled to completion; escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately within required timeframes on Amtrack and other systems.
• Assist in other departments and roles when required, showing flexibility and teamwork.
• Operate according to all safety procedures, company policies, and OHS Act regulations.
• Report any unsafe acts or injuries immediately.
