Job summary

SkillsMap in Sandton is seeking a Warehouse Mezz Picking professional to ensure accurate and timely picking, packing and handling of stock to support efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse, experience with WMS (Scale WMS/Amtrack) and RF scanners, and flexibility for overtime and weekends. Safe handling and housekeeping are essential for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of WMS, with exposure to Scale WMS and Amtrack.
• Computer literacy will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle repetitive work.
• Ability to work with RF scanners.
• Must be available to work overtime, extended shifts and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and/or check products in accordance with scanner.
• Ensure weekly productivity targets are met.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Pack goods safely to avoid damages.
• Assist in other positions and/or departments as required.
• Comply with health and safety as well as PPE rules and regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping in accordance with rules and regulations.
• Adhere to Safety regulations and report any safety irregularities to management.
