Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects.
• Manage project budgets, track cost variations, and conduct regular cost reporting.
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and valuations to assess progress and ensure accurate billing.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Handle cost control, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, contract law, and company policies.
• Prepare final accounts and ensure timely project close-out.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost aspects of interior construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring value for money, cost control, and contract compliance.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects.

Personal Attributes and Experience:

• Proficient in estimating software and MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines.
