Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Industrial Engineer focused on quality systems and continuous improvement in Kimberley. You will analyze quality data, implement robust CAPA actions, and drive Six Sigma projects to boost product quality and process reliability.

You will develop and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001, train staff, and collaborate across production, engineering, and R&D to ensure quality is embedded throughout product development and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in quality or industrial engineering with a focus on quality systems.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong data analysis and statistical process control skills; problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Analyze quality data and implement CAPA to address defects and non-conformances.
• Lead Six Sigma and other CI initiatives to improve product quality and process reliability.
• Develop and deliver quality training for production and quality staff.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to embed quality in development and manufacturing.
• Conduct internal audits of quality processes and identify improvements.
