Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects or non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead and facilitate Six Sigma projects and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process reliability.
• Develop and conduct quality training programs for production and quality personnel.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.

Requirements
