Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee a team of quality inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage the Quality Control team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to industry-specific quality regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality from design to final output.
