Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced QA Tester to join a health technology company developing products at the intersection of genetic testing, AI, nutrigenomics and sports science. You will ensure quality and reliability of web and mobile apps throughout the SDLC, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams using modern tech such as Python, PHP, Flutter, Angular and AWS.

The role involves creating test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and supporting test automation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Test Analyst.
• Strong experience developing and executing test plans, test cases and scripts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of functional, non-functional, regression and exploratory testing.
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as JIRA and Sentry.
• Working knowledge of Git and Git branching strategies.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Exposure to automation testing and scripting using Python or Dart.
• Familiarity with Postman and mobile testing frameworks.
• Flutter exposure is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform both manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects using bug management tools.
• Conduct regression, functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality delivery.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks and pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality considerations.
• Continuously improve testing processes, standards, and methodologies.

• Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman and mobile application testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Flutter-based applications will be advantageous.
