About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead their quality systems in Kimberley. This senior role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving the overall quality management system to ensure compliance with global pharmaceutical standards and regulations. You will oversee all QA activities, including audits, inspections, document control, and CAPA management, fostering a culture of quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with GMP and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee and manage internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions.
• Ensure all quality-related documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols, are controlled and up-to-date.
• Lead the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) system, investigating deviations and ensuring effective resolutions.
• Manage change control processes and ensure that all changes are properly assessed and implemented.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance principles and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
