About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality systems and compliance for their operations in Richards Bay . You will be responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products manufactured and distributed meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. This leadership role involves managing a team of QA professionals, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a robust quality culture across the facility. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining the integrity and safety of our client's pharmaceutical offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with GMP and regulatory standards.

• Oversee all quality-related activities including batch record review, deviation management, and CAPA implementation.
• Conduct internal audits and host regulatory inspections and client audits.
• Manage supplier quality agreements and ensure the quality of incoming materials.
