Quality Assurance: Learnership (12-Months) Centurion

The Company is committed to youth skills development, providing unemployed matriculants with an opportunity to gain work-based experience while participating in a Learnership Programme. Applications are invited for the Quality Assurance: Learnership for unemployed matriculants between the age of 18 and 23. The Learnership program will run for a period of twelve (12) months. A verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Minimum Requirements and Experience

• Must be between the ages of 18 to 23 years
• Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Certified copy of your ID
• Your CV and motivational letter
• Applicants must be unemployed, were never employed in the field of the post and never participated in an learnership programme in the relevant field of the post previously.

Work based exposure may include the following:

• General Office Administration
• Documents and records management
• Queries and complaints administration
• Review claims compliance against the Company Act and internal guidance
• Create and maintain various spreadsheets
• Develop templates and checklists
• Identify and report on quality issues
• Review trends for relevance and accuracy
• Follow up on action plans
• Prepare monthly reports
• Liase with different stakeholders
