Job summary

HEINEKEN Beverages in Springs is recruiting for a Senior Quality lead within Supply Chain Manufacturing. You will drive site quality strategy, integrate assurance systems, and lead the PQ pillar with a focus on First Time Right and consumer safety across brewing, production and packaging operations.

You will champion data-driven decision making, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage quality governance, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in food and beverage production.
• Experience with quality systems and standards.
• Strong communication in English.
• Experience with TPM/Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality strategy and integrated assurance systems.
• Prevent food safety and quality risks through data and controls.
• Develop a consumer-first quality culture and ownership of First Time Right.
• Lead PQ pillar and NPI quality implementation across materials and processes.
• Manage QA budget, KPIs and action plans for continuous improvement.
• Report incidents, trends and business impact to stakeholders.
