Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification: National Diploma in Chemistry or Microbiology.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations and Good Laboratory Practice.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities, set priorities and allocate resources, guiding staff and monitoring performance.
• Oversee laboratory testing to approved methods, SOPs and specifications, and report OOS results.
• Coordinate environmental sampling and testing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Review and approve batch documentation and ensure staff are trained on SOPs.
• Ensure GMP compliance, data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.
